In normal sandblasting we only shoot sand, which makes a lot of dust. Equipment, which is required for it is not much different from shot blasting machine but if we want our environment dust free then we need bigger machine and more hoses, also machine should have recycling filter and different nozzles.
Mechanism of dust free machine is that all the abrasive that is used being vacuumed back and recycles so you can use abrasive again. There is a restriction that you can only blast some of the surfaces and not all.
One needs to know the difference in media blasting supplies, since different blasting supplies are required for different applications. Media blasting supplies are being used for different purposes such as cleaning, stripping of paint, etching, removing of rust, strengthening and polishing.
